breathtaking views of the pyramids, excellent jacuzzi and sauna experience, unique live music performances during Ramadan
The rooms clearly need a renovation!!! Toilet leaks in the bathroom don't belong in a hotel of this caliber.

The room was decent, pretty comfortable beds and all the basics you’d expect. The balcony was nice too, but felt a bit dated. The view of the pyramids in the morning was impressive, but the noise from upstairs and the hallway was a bit annoying. The bathroom had a good bath and plenty of hot water. Overall, it was just okay, definitely not feeling like a 5-star place. Wi-Fi worked great though!

The view of the pyramids from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that sight every day felt surreal. The gardens were stunning and provided a tranquil escape from the city. Enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with a panoramic view. it made every meal feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The pool area was lovely but closed at times for events, which was disappointing. The room was comfortable, but I requested a king bed and ended up with two pushed-together singles, which didn’t stay together well at night. One night, the noise from a loud wedding party was disruptive. Dining was decent, but it could improve variety. some items felt lacking in flavor. Overall, the atmosphere and setting were magical, but management needs to pay attention to guest preferences and concerns.

Must Stay for Unforgettable Views and Service
You can't beat the view of the pyramids from the terrace, it was mesmerizing. having breakfast while gazing at that monument, surreal! ! Also, the staff treated me like royalty, especially Mr Nagy in the executive lounge. he made sure I had everything I needed with a smile.
It wasn't cheap but still manageable.
